New Release Chardonnay 2010
Team Flying Fish is proud to release our 2010 unwooded Chardonnay now available to taste and purchase at our Cellar Door.
It's already WON a GOLD medal at the 2011 Royal Hobart Wine Show and having earned 90 points from James Halliday 2012 Wine Companion,
we are sure this is just the beginning for this lovely Chardonnay.
Pale straw in appearance this wine is the result of a wonderful vintage. The wine bursts from the glass with classical pear and stone fruit aromatics.
It boasts a soft creamy palate, balanced by fine and delicate acidity which gives a complete wine with considerable length and persistence of flavour.
You can drink this wine now or cellar with confidence for a further 2-3 years. It's a real Margaret River Gem!
