Contract WinemakingAlong with producing wine for our own label, Flying Fish Cove is also a contract winemaking facility, capable of processing up to 2,300 tonnes of grapes into wine.
We have several local customers who utilize these contract winemaking services for their own brands.

Margaret River is situated in the south west corner of Australia, 250km (2½ hour drive) south of Perth.
The wine region itself is quite long, stretching 120km from north to south and 30km east to west and taking in the areas of Augusta, 
Karridale, Margaret River, Cowaramup, Carbanup, Vasse, Dunsborough and Yallingup.

Our winery and cellar door are located 25km north of the Margaret River townsite, along Caves Road, in the renowned sub-region of Wilyabrup.
The winery commenced its first vintage in 2001 and has grown to establish the multi award winning Flying Fish label and the contemporary Offshore range. Our two Traditional Methode Sparklings along with our Wildberry Reserve range are also an integral part of our brand.
Our aim is to produce exemplary wines of premium quality and to maintain the prestigious reputation of the region.

There you can sample our extensive range of wines in a friendly and
casual atmosphere whilst browsing the local artwork on display.
We are open every day from 11am - 5pm (except for Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Years Day)

We ship via Australia Post. Unfortunately we do not ship wine overseas.
Please allow 5 -10 working days from date of dispatch (2 - 3 working days for WA orders), for your order to arrive.
Shipping costs are determined by postcode and are charged at checkout. Click here for a list of current prices.
Once posted, each parcel can be tracked using the eParcel system. If you are concerned about your delivery please email cellardoor@flyingfishcove.com to determine its status.
If nobody is at home at the time of delivery, a note will be left and the order redirected to the nearest Post Office for collection.
If you are comfortable with having the order left at the premises should nobody be there, you can indicate this on the delivery instructions
(please note however that parcels which are left at the premises are not covered by insurance, should the parcels go missing).
